Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, Clarity Government Service (CGS) is a rapidly growing Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that provides quality construction in the fields of Health Care Construction, Renovation, General Construction and Utility Construction. The company owners take pride in their 50 years' combined experience in the construction and building renovation industry.

CGS has the unique ability to manage any SDVOSB construction project from start to finish. On staff we have licensed engineers, architects, and project managers to fulfill and provide oversight to the the design/build process, while the experienced leadership of the Principals provide the knowledge, leadership, and technical expertise to construct all aspects of a SDVOSB project.

Using high tech construction planning, project management software, and other technological advancements, our entire team has the ability to efficiently plan and execute a construction project. The on-site team is equipped with advanced mobile devices that include e-mail capabilities at the hip, allowing them receiving and reporting access to the most up-to-date data.

Both our Principals have served within the Armed Forces and have held positions of COTR within the Medical Service and Quartermaster Corps. As such, they are familiar with the needs of the government, the FAR, and the protocols of monitoring quality and reporting data. As a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business company, CGS is familiar with government contracts, protocol, and internal processes. We are considered to be well versed in government policies and procedures and are respected for our contributions worldwide.

Clarity Government Services, LLC, a SDVOSB, performs a full range of healthcare development and operations services to include real estate development, facility design-build and maintenance, and equipment planning, procurement and installation. Clarity gains strength through joint ventures and teaming arrangements with other world-class organizations.

The day to day management of the business is conducted by former US Army Officers Ronald A. Duperroir and Daniel S. D’Amico. Both are seasoned healthcare managers with a combined 50+ years of experience.

Mr. Duperroir is CEO of Clarity and has a BS from the School of Architecture at the University of Oregon and a Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration from Baylor University.

Mr. D’Amico is COO of Clarity and has a BS from the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Golden Gate University.

In strict accordance with 13 C.F.R. 125.15(b), Clarity enters into joint venture agreements with other companies for the purpose of performing SDVOSB contracts requiring additional capabilities.
